Yes, you are free to do with your domain name what you like, including migration of the domain name to Bitpalace before the contract with the previous provider ends. Just ask for the auth-info-code of the domain from the previous provider. As a rule, however, your previous provider does not reimburse the remaining contract period that has not been used.
