Symptom
You are leasing a domain from Bitpalace and would like to connect it to the server or to a service from another provider.
Solution
In order to route your domain or a service (e.g. www, mail) to an external provider, please ask your external provider which DNS settings they require. You will normally receive information on an A record (for the WWW service) and an MX record (for the email service). In some configurations, external providers also want a combination of A records and CNAME entries.
Please then simply inform Bitpalast® of your domain name and the desired DNS settings. The Bitpalace support sets the required settings in the Bitpalace nameservers for you.
