You already have a domain with Bitpalace, but it is only redirected or parked. You do not yet have web space or only a small hosting plan that does not fulfill your requirements. Now you want to expand the domain so that you can store files, use a database and create mailboxes.
Solution
Please simply order the hosting plan without domain name on the order page. Do not add a domain, but order the web space only. That is all you need to do. Bitpalace will automatically associate the order with your existing customer account.
