Solution

Invoices are mailed to your e-mail address that we have on file. We do this very carefully – as we do it with all things. Invoices cannot be downloaded from your web space control panel, because the web space is separate from the business administration for security reasons.

If you need a copy of your invoice, we will be happy to mail it to you upon request.

If you pay by transfer or Papal, please keep us updated on your valid e-mail address and add service@bitpalast.de to your e-mail address book or the white list of your spam filter.

We advise you to set a recurring reminder in your schedule when your domain names will be renewed, because transfer and Paypal payers frequently miss deadlines as invoices are filtered as spam. If you pay be transfer or Paypal, you are solely responsible to meet the payment deadline, and you can lose your domain name if your payment is not received in time. We process and mail invoices very carefully. Should you not receive your invoice before the renewal date of your domain name is up, please contact us asap to ensure proper renewal of your domain.
