Symptom
You want to view your website statistics and click on the icon. The window opens, but the browser displays a security warning. The SSL certificate does not match the domain name.
Cause
The website statistics require a login. For that reason it is opened on an encrypted, https:// URL. As the statistics are opened under your domain name, the domain must have a matching SSL certificate. The SSL certificate has not been installed.
Solution
You can either create an SSL certificate by clicking on the “Let’s Encrypt” icon, upload your own, externally bought SSL certificate or you can ignore the warning and add a security exception rule to your browser.
