Symptom
Remember, there used to be an icon for web statistics and one for SSL web statistics. Now the first one is missing, and you can only retrieve statistics for SSL.
Cause
In the hosting settings, you have turned on SSL persistence. All calls to your domain will therefore be redirected to the SSL connection. Unencrypted website requests do not log data anymore. Therefore, the web statistics of the requests without SSL are missing.
Solution
Some customers previously used ordinary statistics and now want to fall back on it, although in the meantime, the persistent redirection has been switched to SSL. To view the previously collected statistics, you can temporarily remove the persistent SSL redirect in the domain's "Hosting Settings".
